The "G-Ceram Porcelain Powder Applications Training" was conducted by Cdt. Onur KOLUKISA with the support of GÜLSA company, aimed at enhancing the professional development of students in the Dental Prosthesis Technology Program at Istanbul Rumeli University, School of Health Services. During this training, GÜLSA, the only company in Turkey producing and exporting porcelain used in dentistry, generously provided students with their domestically produced G-Ceram porcelain powder set as a gift to facilitate hands-on learning.
The training focused on practical demonstrations of porcelain application techniques using G-Ceram porcelain powder on metal substructures prepared for single central incisor crowns. Each student had the opportunity to fabricate a single central incisor crown restoration, which was subsequently fired in a porcelain furnace. At the conclusion of the training, participation certificates for the applied porcelain training were presented by GÜLSA company.
Feedback from participants was highly positive; students expressed that they greatly benefited from the hands-on training and felt that their professional skills had improved significantly. We extend our gratitude to GÜLSA company and our instructor, Cdt. Onur KOLUKISA, for this valuable training.
