The students of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Istanbul Rumeli University visited the "Melodi Chocolate" production factory as part of their Sectoral Practices course. During this visit, the students gained important insights into the details of chocolate production and had the opportunity to observe firsthand how sectoral practices operate.
Factory officials explained and demonstrated each step of the chocolate production process with great care. This allowed the students to not only rely on theoretical knowledge but also experience the inner workings of a real business. They particularly gained detailed knowledge about the intricacies of chocolate making.
