Purpose of the Center
The Healthy Living, Exercise, and Sports Sciences Application and Research Center at Istanbul Rumeli University was established with the aim of generating scientific knowledge in the fields of exercise, nutrition, and healthy living, transferring this knowledge to society, and developing applications aimed at improving individuals' quality of life through interdisciplinary collaboration. The main goal of the center is to produce scientific, sustainable, and applicable solutions for individuals and communities who aim to make healthy living a way of life.
