Health, Culture, and Sports Department

The Health, Culture, and Sports Department of Istanbul Rumeli University aims to make the time students spend at the university more meaningful and diverse; to meet their needs in nutrition, accommodation, health, sports, culture, and other social areas, and to contribute to their development.

The Health, Culture, and Sports Department is a service unit that addresses students' social, cultural counseling, and guidance needs, while also implementing practices to support education and teaching in this field. Its goal is to provide services that enable students to develop interests in social and cultural areas, allowing their abilities and personalities to grow in a healthy manner.

The Health, Culture, and Sports Department supports student initiatives to develop projects that will contribute to their social awareness and help them adapt to both work and social life.

The Health, Culture, and Sports Department aims to ensure that all students benefit from social, cultural, and sports activities, as well as counseling and guidance services, in the best possible way. It also seeks to ease the daily activities of students with disabilities, while supporting their education and teaching.

Candidate Relations and Promotion Department

This department diligently carries out the university’s promotional activities and services for prospective students. It provides direct information about the university through high school visits and campus tours. Additionally, it offers counseling services for prospective students, helping them make informed and correct choices. The department represents the university at domestic fairs and events, constantly being there to offer solutions to candidates' questions and issues, providing guidance services.

Corporate Communications Department

The Corporate Communications Department is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing the internal and external communication strategies of the university. It coordinates strategic communication activities to strengthen the university's image, increase its brand value, and ensure effective communication with its target audience. Additionally, it is responsible for ensuring that all communication processes are carried out efficiently, professionally, and consistently.

The department’s responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing campaign strategies during campaign periods.
  • Monitoring academic, social, and cultural activities organized within the university, and publishing content on the website and social media platforms.
  • Receiving, designing, printing, and distributing event posters and invitations.
  • Announcing events through the university’s official website and social media platforms.
  • Collaborating with the Press and Public Relations Department to share academic, social, and cultural services with the public and organizing photo and video shoots of events.
  • Archiving event photos and video recordings.
  • Organizing major events such as the Academic Year Opening Ceremony, University Anniversary Celebrations, Staff Service Awards, Graduation Ceremonies, etc., from the preparation stage onward.
  • Evaluating and following up on requests for posting posters on the university campuses.
Health Center (Revir)

The Health Center provides continuous service to meet the emergency health needs of the university’s students, academic, and administrative staff. It also conducts periodic health checks and ensures a healthy working environment.

Call Center

The Call Center provides information and support services to both prospective students and current students at the university. It offers guidance to help students quickly access accurate information and answers questions via calls and communication channels, helping them navigate their needs.

Psychological Counseling and Guidance

Psychological Counseling and Guidance Center offers services that support students socially and psychologically throughout their education. It works to find solutions to the problems students encounter and prevent these issues while strengthening institutional loyalty through solidarity and cooperation among students.
