It provides direct information about the university through high school visits and campus tours. Additionally, it offers counseling services for prospective students, helping them make informed and correct choices. The department represents the university at domestic fairs and events, constantly being there to offer solutions to candidates' questions and issues, providing guidance services.
Corporate Communications Directorate is the unit responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the University’s internal and external communication strategies. It coordinates all strategic communication activities in order to strengthen the University’s corporate image, enhance its brand value, and establish effective, sustainable, and consistent communication with its target audiences. It ensures that all communication processes are carried out professionally, systematically, and in alignment with the institutional identity.

The Call Center provides information and support services to both prospective students and current students at the university. It offers guidance to help students quickly access accurate information and answers questions via calls and communication channels, helping them navigate their needs.

Psychological Counseling and Guidance Center offers services that support students socially and psychologically throughout their education.
