Vocational School of Health Services of Istanbul Rumeli University was established in 2016. It aims to train health personnel who contribute to the production of health services, help advances in health services, closely follow global changes, analyze information and data well, are prone to teamwork, and will make a difference with productive, qualified and innovative approaches in the national and international areas.
The students at our University's Vocational School of Health Services specialize in their fields with program-specific theoretical courses, while at the same time reinforcing their theoretical knowledge with practical courses. As an exemplary health services vocational school, which is sensitive to the problems of the country in the field of health and considers the public interest, it trains health technicians.
In addition to the field of health, our students have the opportunity to choose courses that are suitable for their interests with the elective courses offered in other faculties and colleges in our university.

Common Misconceptions in First Aid: Proper Intervention During an Epileptic Seizure practical training event, organized by the Electroneurophysiology and Dialysis programs within the Vocational School of Health Services at Istanbul Rumeli University, was held at the Akın Akkan Conference Hall on the Mehmet Balcı Campus. The Wishes of Kindness event was organized at the Mehmet Balcı Campus garden of Istanbul Rumeli University through a collaboration between the university’s Red Crescent Club and the Home Patient Care Program of the Health Care Services Department. The hands-on training was organized by the Department of Dental Services, Vocational School of Health Services, under the coordination of Asst. Prof. Dr. Melike Özlem Eken. The event was organized by the Vocational School of Health Services (SHMYO) at the Mehmet Balcı Campus.
