-The University’s Correspondence Department operates to ensure that all correspondences related to academic and administrative management are distributed regularly, quickly, and effectively. It ensures the preservation of institutional memory through document management, acts in compliance with legal regulations in official correspondences, and establishes transparent, accessible, and sustainable documentation systems by prioritizing information sections.
Vision
The personnel affairs of all staff working at Istanbul Rumeli University are carried out swiftly within the framework of the law, regulations, and relevant legislation. Work is done related to the university’s human resources planning and personnel policies. By providing suggestions for the development of personnel systems, coordination is established with the personnel offices of all units in the Istanbul Rumeli University Organizational Chart, ensuring that newly published regulations are interpreted correctly and applied. As the Department of Istanbul Rumeli University, we aim to develop staff through training programs and ensure their advancement within the institution by considering merit, career principles, and competency-based performance in their duties. Additionally, care is taken to strengthen their job satisfaction, participation, and sense of belonging to the institution in their respective roles. Our goal is to be a department that supports the digital transformation of correspondence processes in the university's academic and administrative units, providing advanced, reliable, and fast services. By continuously improving technological infrastructure, the goal is to become a model correspondence department with effective document management and archiving systems at both national and international levels.
