Istanbul Rumeli University Electroneurophysiology Program gives its students an associate degree diploma and the title of Electroneurophysiology Technician at the end of 2 years of education. The score type of the Electroneurophysiology Program is TYT and the language of instruction is Turkish.
Associate degree graduates with the title of Electroneurophysiology Technician; neurology, ENT, psychiatry, pediatric pulmonology, under the supervision and control of a physiology specialist, can be employed in electroencephalography, arousal potentials and sleep units of public institutions and private hospitals, polyclinics. They can work as civil servants when they get enough points by participating in the associate degree KPSS session held every two years in the state staff.
Electroneurophysiology program students; During their 2-year education, they can do a double major, complete their undergraduate education by taking the DGS (Vertical Transfer Exam) after graduation, and gain the advantage of both profit and preference in their professional life.
Electroneurophysiology Program; It trains qualified health personnel who can work as an assistant to a specialist doctor in the application of neurophysiological techniques used in the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases caused by central nervous system disorders and who have received adequate training in technical issues. The work and procedures performed by Electroneurophysiology Technicians under the supervision and control of the relevant specialist doctors in the hospitals they work: Electroencephalography (EEG) shooting, simple nerve instrument studies (EMG shooting) The use of polysomnography devices performs the analysis of brain stem excitation potentials and informs specialist physicians when necessary. It is among the duties of these technicians to analyze the visual arousal potentials. Keeps patient records and monitors patients when necessary. The specialist helps the doctor.
In addition to the applied curriculum; It includes additional certificate programs within the body of the Continuing Education Center, which are prepared by sector representatives and lecturers who are experts in their fields, facilitating minor and double major opportunities, and providing profit and preference in professional life.
In addition to providing national job opportunities after graduation, our students are given Career English courses where they can follow the knowledge of their field in an international language and evaluate their job opportunities abroad.
Those who have successfully completed the Electroneurophysiology program; With the Vertical Transfer Exam opened by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (OSYM), the students can transfer vertically to the four-year undergraduate programs in the fields of "Emergency Aid and Disaster Management", "Nursing" and "Nursing and Health Services". The curriculum of the program has been prepared considering the students who want to continue their education at the faculty and it is aimed that the students will not experience a semester loss.
After the first semester, students who are placed in the Electroneurophysiology Program can transfer to the associate degree program of their choice according to the placement score type by horizontal transfer between in-house and external programs.
Horizontal transfer procedures can be applied in two ways with the criteria determined by the Higher Education Institution;
• Departments in accordance with the principles of horizontal transfer between institutions and internal transfers with a Weighted Grade Point Average (AGNO); Dental Services Division all programs, Therapy and Rehabilitation Division all programs, Medical Services Division all programs, Health Services Care Division all programs, Child Care and Youth Services Division all programs
• Inter-institutional and intra-institutional transfer opportunities in line with the principles of lateral transfer with a central placement score.
Our Electroneuphysiology Program students have the right to receive a double major diploma from the associate degree program they choose from the departments listed below, with priority in all programs in the "Department of Medical Services and Techniques" within the scope of double major, without extending the semester.

Each year, Istanbul Rumeli University offers students the opportunity to participate in the exchange of students with universities abroad within the extent of exchange programs administrated by the International Relations Office of Rumeli University.
Istanbul Rumeli University Electroneuphysiology Program students are supported by the certificate programs given by the Continuing Education Center throughout the education period. The certificates to be issued follow the legislative updates. Students who successfully complete their certificate programs transition to professional business life with the equipment needed in the international arena at the graduation stage.
