The Quality Commission of the Quality Coordination Office is established to carry out studies on matters deemed necessary within its field of work. It consists of one unit manager, two deputy managers, and at least five members from different units.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Quality Process Monitoring Unit:
a) To conduct studies on topics deemed necessary by the Quality Commission Chair in relation to the working area of the Quality Commission,
b) To support the work of academic and administrative unit quality commissions,
c) To consolidate reports from academic and administrative unit quality commissions to complete the Institutional Self-Evaluation Report,
ç) To carry out necessary preparations for external evaluation in coordination with the unit quality commissions.
