How can I transfer?
There are two methods for intra-institutional and inter-institutional transfer. These are
Transfer with Central Placement Score (Additional Article 1): You can transfer within the scope of Additional Article 1 if the score you received in the year you enrolled in the current higher education institution with the condition of studying at least one semester is equal to or higher than the base score of the program you want to transfer to. Transfer with Grade Point Average: With an average of 2.29 out of 4.00, 40 percent of the ÖSYM / YKS score is calculated and the candidates who are eligible to be placed in the transfer quota determined for the program are determined by adding the resulting values. You can transfer to equivalent programs in the third and fifth semesters in undergraduate programs and in the second and third semesters in associate degree programs. For internal transfer with GPA, it is required that your central placement score in the score type valid for the diploma program you want to transfer as of the year you take the central exam is not less than the lowest base score of the diploma programs of other universities in the country equivalent to the diploma program you want to transfer.
Can I transfer from open or distance education programs to formal education?

How are the courses I will be exempted from determined and from which grade do I start?
Your documents are evaluated by the Exemption and Adjustment Commission of the Faculty/MYO to which the department/program you want to transfer is affiliated. The courses you have taken and succeeded in the current department are compared with the courses of the department you will transfer to in terms of content and credit, and you are exempted from the courses deemed appropriate.
I am enrolled in the preparatory class, can I transfer?
