Mission
In line with the understanding of strategic quality management, to develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance systems in order to ensure continuous improvement in the university's education, research, societal contributions, and administrative services; to create a participatory, transparent, and sustainable quality culture.
Vision
To be a strategic quality development unit that effectively applies quality assurance systems at both national and international levels, adopts continuous development as a principle, prioritizes stakeholder satisfaction, and is a model in higher education.
Within the scope of the preparatory work for Istanbul Rumeli University’s 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, a two-day Strategic Plan Preparation Workshop was held on January 9–10, 2026, at the Haliç Application and Research Campus.
