The Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Istanbul Rumeli University's Faculty of Art, Design, and Architecture organized a "Topkapı Palace Kitchen Tour." Gastronomy and Culinary Arts students visited the historical kitchen of the Topkapı Palace to get a closer look at the functioning of the kitchen during the Ottoman period.
During this special tour, students discovered the significant role of the kitchen in the Ottoman Palace. They also had the opportunity to closely examine the equipment and techniques used during that period.
