A "Clay Design Workshop" organized by the Design Department of Istanbul Rumeli University Vocational School aimed to equip students with the skill to create different artworks and designs using clay material.
In this workshop, students brought Galata Tower to life using clay. They meticulously shaped and modeled the tower, utilizing the molding and sculpting abilities of clay. Subsequently, they completed their works by painting them with desired colors.
The workshop not only taught students the techniques required for processing and shaping clay but also provided a space for artistic expression and creativity. As they learned to create patterns, figures, and textures on clay, they also had the opportunity to exchange ideas and experience creative collaboration while working together.
