On March 8, 2024, Friday, the research assistants and students of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Istanbul Rumeli University, Haliç Campus, organized a special event to make Women's Day meaningful.
On this special day, there were moments filled with a little more smiles and love than usual. Coming together in their kitchens, they celebrated Women's Day with carefully prepared cookies.
Each cookie, meticulously shaped and adorned with colorful decorations, not only satisfied stomachs but also warmed hearts. The students and research assistants of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department opted for a delicious way to emphasize the importance and value of women on this special day. As the delightful aromas from baking the cookies filled the school corridors, cookies were served, and the event concluded.
