A Seminar on Technological Cooking Systems from Open Fire Was Held

A seminar titled "From Open Fire to Technological Cooking Systems" was organized by the School of Hospitality, Restaurant, and Catering Services at Istanbul Rumeli University, held at the Mehmet Balcı Campus Akın Akkan Conference Hall. The seminar, presented by Rational Industrial Kitchen Chef Umut EYİOĞLU, extensively discussed the historical development of cooking technologies and the detailed impacts of modern industrial kitchen systems.
