Istanbul Rumeli University Center for Global Policies Implementation and Research (RUPAM) offers the Working Paper application, which student, researcher, academic and scientist can benefit from, free of charge in online environment in line with the purpose and activities in the relevant regulation.
The studies that can be accepted in Turkish and English are published annually in series in PDF format in accordance with open access policies.
Scope: Studies written on international energy, cyber security, outer space, international law, international trade, global terror, security issues within the framework of international relations are published.
Evaluation: There is no referee process in the studies presented as Working Paper; however, it is submitted to the approval of two people who are competent in the relevant field from the RUPAM Board of Directors and/or Advisory Board members.
