Where and When Will the Graduation Ceremony Take Place?

Our graduation ceremony will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 4:00 PM at the Müjdat Gürsu Sports Complex (Yenimahalle Erkin Balaban Street No:36, Silivri, Istanbul).

How Will Transportation to the Ceremony Venue Be Provided?

A shuttle service will be available from the Mehmet Balcı Campus to the ceremony venue. (Schedule will be announced on our university’s social media accounts on June 10.)

Will There Be a Graduation Rehearsal?

Students participating in the graduation ceremony must be present at the Müjdat Gürsu Sports Complex at least 2 hours before the ceremony for the rehearsal.

How Many Guests Can Each Student Invite?

Each student has a quota of 4 guests.

Where Can Graduates Pick Up Their Gowns?

Starting from May 30, 2025, gowns can be obtained from:

What Are the Gown Purchase and Rental Options?

Graduating students can either purchase or rent their gowns as they prefer.

What Is the Cost of the Gown?

The gown purchase fee is 1000 TRY (600 TRY + 400 TRY), and the rental fee is 600 TRY. There is a 400 TRY deposit which will be refunded when the gown is returned.

The cap and gown fee can only be paid in cash. Payments via credit/debit card or IBAN are not accepted.

When Can Gowns Be Returned?

Gown returns can be made between  June 13 and June 20, 2025.  Returns will not be accepted after the specified dates.
