Faculty member Mustafa Oğuzhan ERCAN, who serves in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at our Faculty of Fine Arts, Design, and Architecture, has published international book chapters titled "Walnut, Strawberry, and Tomato" in the book "Cultural History of Fruits".
