Terms of Application
On condition that the candidate is in high-school final year or a high-school graduate;
Of the candidate students;
Foreign nationals,
Turkish citizens by birth and licensed by the Ministry of Interior to renounce of Turkish citizenship and of those whose minors are registered in the renouncements of Turkish citizenship certificate; the ones documenting the official Right to Exercise the endowed rights by Turkish Citizenship Law,
Dual nationalities of foreigners by birth but having adopted Turkish citizenship,
Turkish nationality students who, prior to 01/02/2013, studied their secondary education abroad and completed the last three years of secondary education (high school) in a foreign country except KKTC (Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus), (including students who completed entire secondary education (high school)in a foreign country except KKTC in the body of Turkish schools opened as an affiliation of MEB(Turkish Ministry of National Education)
Of the students who started secondary education abroad after 01/02/2013 the ones who completed entire secondary education (high school)in a foreign country except KKTC including students who completed entire secondary education(high school)in a foreign country except KKTC in the body of Turkish schools opened as an affiliation of MEB(Turkish Ministry of National Education)
Students of KKTC nationality residing in KKTC; completed secondary education in KKTC and having GCE AL test results,
Students of KKTC nationality; having studied during 2005-2010 in colleges and high schools of foreign countries; having or going to have GCE AL test results, are eligible to apply.
Of the candidate students;
Turkish nationality students who completed entire secondary education in Turkey or KKTC (who completed entire secondary education in a foreign country; except KKTC,
Students of KKTC nationality (except those having completed entire secondary education in KKTC high schools and having GCE AL test results),
As defined in sub-article b of item 5 article one; dual nationalities whose birth nationality is TC (except those who completed entire secondary education in a foreign country aside from KKTC and those who completed entire secondary education in Turkish schools in a foreign country aside from KKTC),
Dual nationalities one nationality of whom is KKTC (excluding those having completed entire secondary education in KKTC high schools and having GCE AL test results and those who, between 2005-2010, were registered and studied in colleges and high schools in foreign countries and having or going to have GCE AL test results),
Schools affiliated with the embassies in Turkey and Turkish nationalities having studied in foreign schools within Turkey or as defined in sub-article b of item 5 article 1; dual nationalities whose birth nationality is T.C. are ineligible to apply.
