- A notarized or Turkish Foreign Representative Office-approved copy of the Turkish and English translations of the High School Diploma or a Certificate of Enrollment Status from their school for students who are about to graduate at the time of application
- A notarized or Turkish Foreign Representative Office-approved copy of the Turkish and English translations of the Transcript showing the courses taken and the grades received in high school, approved by the relevant school administration
- A Turkish Foreign Representative Office-approved copy of the exam result certificate for candidates with national or international exam results
- A notarized or Turkish Foreign Representative Office-approved copy of the Turkish and English translations of the passport pages showing the identity information and validity period
- Two passport-sized photos
