Istanbul Rumeli University Directorate of Information Technology aims to provide information, communication, and software technologies for the benefit of students, academic staff, and administrative personnel.
Based on this objective, the responsibilities of the Directorate of Information Technology are as follows:
- Identifying the information and communication technology needs of our university.
- Planning, procuring, installing, and commissioning the necessary systems and technologies in accordance with the identified needs.
- Preparing the required documentation and providing training to students, academic staff, and administrative personnel to enable them to use information and communication technologies efficiently.
- Providing technical support services to resolve issues encountered by users in information systems and other technological infrastructure services.
- Keeping our university up-to-date with current technologies and ensuring that its infrastructure is always technologically advanced in the field of information and communication technologies.
