The "Towards the Sun with Rupam" program, organized by Istanbul Rumeli University's Center for Research and Application of Global Policies (RUPAM), was held simultaneously on YouTube and Zoom on May 31 from 14:00 to 15:00.

In the event titled "Towards the Sun with Erdoğan Karakuş," Lecturer Serap Daş read the biography of Retired Air Pilot Lt. Gen. and President of the Turkish Retired Officers Association (TESUD), Erdoğan Karakuş. Following this, Associate Professor Dr. Süleyman Özmen provided information about the news that occurred in Turkey on that day under the title "Today in History."

The program continued with Erdoğan Karakuş's presentation on "The New World Order and Turkey." Karakuş began by providing information about the Turkish race in and around Anatolia. After giving information about the Subarians and Hurrians 4,000 years ago, he detailed the arrival of the Hebrews in Palestine. He also discussed Oğuz Han’s conquest of the Assyrian State, his arrival in Anatolia, and the rescue of the Jews from the Assyrians. He completed his first presentation with explanations about Turkey's history using maps.

In the second part of his presentation, Karakuş provided information about KAAN, stating that its delivery to the Air Force would be around 2030 and that the production of a domestic engine would be realized in 2032. He also included comparisons between KAAN and the F-35. The program concluded with a Q&A session.
