The seminar titled “Hospital Infections: The Importance of Area Cleaning and Order” was held at the Mehmet Balcı Campus, organized by the Health, Culture, and Sports Department of Istanbul Rumeli University and the Head of the Medical Services and Techniques Department at the School of Health Services, Lecturer Sema AYKOL FAİKOĞLU.
The speaker for the seminar was Lecturer Büşra ÖZDEMİR ÖZEL. The program began with the identification of hospital infections. In her speech, ÖZDEMİR ÖZEL explained isolation methods with examples. The presentation, supported by visuals, emphasized the importance of area cleaning in a hospital setting for aspiring healthcare professionals. She also provided valuable information about the need for healthcare professionals to be cautious about cross-contamination and answered participants’ questions.
The seminar concluded with Lecturer Sema AYKOL FAİKOĞLU, Head of the THT Department, presenting a certificate of appreciation to Lecturer Büşra ÖZDEMİR ÖZEL for her participation and valuable contributions.
