The "Red Crescent Week" seminar was organized at the Silivri Mehmet Balcı Campus by the Health, Culture, and Sports Department of Istanbul Rumeli University, along with Dr. Şule İnci, Assistant Director of the School of Health Services, and Instructor Sema Aykol Faikoğlu, Head of the Department of Medical Services and Techniques, and Instructor Hatice Akdemir from the Home Patient Care Program.
Fatma Kılavuz, the Red Crescent Blood Services Officer, participated as a speaker. The program began with Kılavuz’s presentation on the founding purpose and activities of the Red Crescent. She shared information about the organization’s blood donation efforts, humanitarian aid projects, and initiatives aimed at strengthening social solidarity. Additionally, she provided details on various community health projects and answered participants' questions.
At the end of the seminar, a certificate of appreciation was presented to Fatma Kılavuz for her participation and valuable contributions, concluding the program.
