A "Professional Knife Training" seminar was conducted by the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering Services Department of Istanbul Rumeli University Vocational School, featuring Corporate Training Specialist Fırat Erbil from Pirge Academy, at the Mehmet Balcı Campus.
The seminar began with Fırat Erbil providing a detailed, practical explanation of the types and functions of knives that students will use throughout their professional lives. Students had the opportunity to learn about and develop their skills in the proper use of chef's knives, which are considered "instruments" in the culinary world.
At the end of the seminar, Erbil asked various questions to assess the students' knowledge levels and presented chef's knives as gifts to those who succeeded.
