The Istanbul Rumeli University Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering Services Department, Pastry and Bakery Program students, under the leadership of Instructor Sevcan ÖZKAN in the Spring Semester, successfully organized the first I. Rumeli Boutique Pastry Exhibition as part of the Boutique Pastry course they took.
At the exhibition, the cakes designed by the students based on the course curriculum were decorated with colorful and different patterns, embellished with various figures and unique designs. Both individually and through teamwork, these cakes drew great interest from the participants.
A cocktail reception was organized for the parents of students attending the I. Rumeli Boutique Pastry Exhibition. The interest and support shown at the exhibition became an important factor in increasing the motivation of the students, allowing them to be even more successful in their work.
