The "Cost Management in Airline Operations" Seminar organized by the Aviation Departments of Istanbul Rumeli University Vocational School was a great success. The seminar highlighted the complexity and importance of cost control processes in airline operations, supported by the experiences of Instructor Cemil GÜNERİ and Instructor Alper GÜRCAN.
Students gained a deep understanding of how costs are managed in the airline industry. In particular, detailed explanations on the effects and strategies of cost control processes on operational efficiency helped students become more aware and competent in this area for their future careers.
