Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kara, Rector of Istanbul Rumeli University, welcomed important guests from Bulgaria in his office. The visit included Dulovo Mayor Nevhis Mustafa, Burgas Deputy Eşref Kazım Eşref, Şumen Provincial Chairman Turhan Karakaş, and Gerlova Foundation Chairman Orhan Mustafa.
During the meeting, potential collaborations between our university and institutions in Bulgaria were discussed, along with an exchange of ideas on developing relations in the fields of education and culture. Our guests presented various gifts and plaques to our Rector, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kara, to express their interest and friendship towards our university.
The Rector expressed his gratitude for their kind visit and stated that efforts to strengthen relations between the two countries would continue to grow.
