Our faculty member, Dr. Serpil KAYA, from the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at our university's Faculty of Art, Design, and Architecture, has had her article titled "The Effect of Gastronomic Experience on Restaurant Image, Customer Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty" published in the International Journal of Gastronomy and Food Science (SSCI/Q2), one of the international journals focusing on Gastronomy and Food Science.
